My Rant: This book completely took me by surprise because I did judge the book on its cover. I was expecting to read a Sci -Fi book but what I got was an awesome paranormal romance that had kick butt vamps and werewolves. The author created a new realm of vampires and were's through the unique telling of this story. This book has a different twist which was refreshing. The plot was thrilling. there are some ultimate bad guys in this book and believe me when I tell you, the bad guys in this book take no prisoners and are completely ruthless but the good guys are endearing, compassionate, loving and lethal, omg lethal but in a good way. The heroines really through me for a loop, I kept screaming at the book these guys are definitely hot so stop acting like pansies and mate with them. LOL but I dont think the book would have been as good if the romance was easy so I sucked it up because I really enjoyed the story. Soul Of A Warrior grabbed my attention and kept it all the way to the end of the story. There was action, ultimate alpha's with bad attitudes and romance. I always enjoy books where vampires and werewolves find there mates in humans and that alone is swoon worthy. A girl can dream right?
My Recommendation:
Overall, I rated this book 3 1/2 out of 5 Purple Rant Hearts and would recommend this book to anyone that enjoys a good Paranormal Romance.

training helped her build a closer working relationship with her dressage
partner, a thoroughbred
racetrack reject named Oregon Sunshine.
After Denna retired from training and showing horses, she
turned her full attention to her second passion, writing novels in paranormal
and science fiction romance. She was able to use the unique personalities of
her many wonderful students to help bring life to her characters. Denna and her
husband Lee make their home in the beautiful State of Oregon with their two
loyal German shepherds and three spoiled cats. Animals are given a special part
in her novels, their offer of unconditional love a lifeline in this oftentimes
difficult world.
