I really did enjoy this book, but I wanted it to be a little darker than what it was. I wanted to see more of Christian’s side and what drove him to the point where he had the jackal and hide personality. I did enjoy the ending because I wanted Juliette turned so in the end she would be Christian’s mate but we did not get a chance to see their relationship progress. After completing this book I feel like I didn’t have enough closure. I still feel somewhat complacent. I gave the book 3 stars just because the book was short and I wanted more of Christian’s views. Overall, I have to admit that I will add Kitty books to my to-read lists.
